Congratulations to Birds & Batteries who just made 7×7′s top ten Bay Area Albums of 2009. Their EP “Up To No Good” is a refreshing blend of pop, electro, and rock that reminds me of Queens of the Stone Age gone Gomma Records. “The Villain” is a stand out track that reminds me of a cowboy in an electric battlefield. Country gone electro, it might just be me.
