Feathers

The entire “mystery band” phenomenon may be getting a bit old to us mortals, but it will never seems to get old to bands — so enter this week’s new “mystery band” Feathers. If I were to take a wild guess I’d say it’s Butterfly Bones but that’s like me throwing a dart at a dartboard with my eyes shut. Hell, who am I fooling? That is like me throwing a dart at a dartboard with my eyes open. I suck at darts. I digress.

Anyway.

Regardless of who or what Feathers is or is not — they’ve crafted a beautifully layered dreamwave track that longs for past Summers… literally. Feathers can call themselves whatever they want to call themselves, I’m biting:
