Alex Metric’s new “It Starts” EP is just around the corner and is starting to gear up for release. Label-mate Evil Nine turns out a razor sharp remix of the title track but keeps it friendly enough for the dance floor. Aptly titled, it all feels as though it keeps starting, in a good way, like building in a full circle. There are some huge gestures here — definitely not for the shy:
