Deathface is Johnny Love’s current new project and it’s dangerously more angry, raw, bad, and without borders. As you all may know Guns N’ Bombs is long gone, dead, kaput, buried, and layed to rest in the blog house tombs. We posted Turbotito’s song below. Both are promising to keep pushing and creating. They both have their qualities, they were the yin and yang and now we get to see them on an individual level. No real room to take sides or encourage bad vibes, take a listen for yourself and remember at the root of everything we are here for music, and for the love of the art. I on the other hand do love this man, and I love this remix. Here Deathface remixes Buraka Som Sistema’s ‘IC19″ and flips the switch on this great track from one of my favorite albums this year.

Deathface is pretty awful. Saw Johnny perform as Deathface in Chicago a month ago and the crowd just didn’t seem to know how to react to the music. It’s like he’s trying to mix metal, dubstep, and d’n'b. The Buraka remix is a black sheep compared to all the other tracks. Dude should have tried something a little less drastic.

i actually think this remix is really good…nothing metal, dnb, or dubstep about it. you guys just sound like haters or don’t know what you’re talking about.
