We Are Fans

Melbourne’s Harris Robotis has a band project happening called We Are Fans. They have four different songs on their Myspace player which all are quite different and all have great elements to each. I don’t think it’ll be too long until we are singing along to We Are Fans on the radio. One part of the vocal of “Into My Life” sounds like the kids from Justice’s “DANCE.” Please tell me you spot it too??? I also recommend having a listen to “Inferno” on their Myspace. C’mon do it.

    We are probably not the good persons to comment something that looks like DANCE from Justice, even from very far. Justice was a great band when they released their two first hit on EP “Waters of Nazareth” and “Let there be light”. Since then, they became a fucked up branded band and produced some worthless pieces of modern italo-disco-pop, like DANCE, DVNO and so on…We know that italo seem to be in by now but why ? We already had to suffer the true Italo-disco wave, why shoud we do always the same mistakes ? Next year a revival of 90′s euro-trance ? (in fact, already the case if you listen to the album of Yo Majesty!, definitely something of Run DMC and Technotronic).

    So, let’s say that “We Are Fans” is a kind of music marketed for a niche. And we are not from this niche.
