There have certainly been enough ups and downs in J*Davey’s short career to last a life time (the comments in this post from 2006 chronicle some of those ups and downs) — regardless they’ve been keeping us at the edge of our seat for-like-ever in anticipation for their proper full length. The video of “Sloooow” is the latest breadcrumb to drop off their The Beauty In Distortion / The Land of the Lost EP (EP being used “loosely” — double disc/25 tracks seems anything but an EP). The EP itself was released back in July 2008 and was mostly clearing their back catalogue and paving the way for new material. Curious to see what is next… this video will hold us over until then buuuut we’re hungry.
