Rambla DJs + Jimmy 2 Sox + Slicker Cities

My Italian friend Borut of Scuola Furano introduced me to the Rambla DJs, two up and coming Italian producer deejays. I’m quite into their track “Changes” and I’m not quite sure what the sample is. Can someone tell me in the comments?

   one of my favorite songs ever. i think. even more impressive after i read that luther vandross came into the studio, got a sheet with the vocals, did the vocals all at once in the first take, left the studio. (at least some studio engineer in a forum pretended it was like that.)
