La Chansons have been busy with some new songs and mixes — here’s a new mix of “You Put the Moves in Me” which is a bit of a more forward late night disco sound than some of their other synth pop tracks. Kinda in love with this one. The beginning vocal melody kinda reminds me of Visage’s “Fade to Grey” — it’s not an exact copy or probably even intentional, but it tickles my brain and makes me think of that.

La Chansons – “You Put The Moves In Me”
I’m not sure how I feel about this disco revival, but La Chansons won me over with “Sparklin” to the point that I’m going to try very hard to like this.

I love it :) La Chansons make great music i think. Music to dance around alone too. Raises my spirits and makes me smile. Which is all one can really ask for with music. I loves em, hope to hear lots lots more :)
