Purple Crush’s Blog Party is out!!

Ok, first up. I could go total fanboy for Leif. Buuut yeah, “Get Digital” might be the Blog Party anthem because it’s so Web 2.0… plus it references Olivia Newton John. I’m not sure this is the strongest track on the release — or even the most interesting, but it is entertaining:

And ok, I’m not sure if this is a complement, but I’ve thought that Isla sounds like Madonna on a few different occasions. You hear it every so often — Isla’s voice is stronger but it might be a similar styling or something. I dunno. ANYWAY. So I find it kinda funny that they chose to cover “Physical Attraction”… It was also part of the Buffet Libre rewind project so you may have already heard it, but obvs it’s part of the Blog Party as well.
