This new song comes to us perfectly timed cause we are a bit overdue for San Serac’s yearly write up. San Serac has interestingly joined forces with Junior Boys founding member Johnny Dark. I initially thought that Junior Boys broke up after reading this and had to double check the facts. He was only part of the duo on the demo before they even got signed which is interesting cause some parts of this melody remind me of the Junior Boys, but then again the three songs I’ve heard remind me of a million other electro songs from the 70’s and 80’s.

Stereo Image is a scramble of Kraftwerk’s minimal electro, Gary Numan’s synthpop with the sensually intense vocals of David Bowie and a wedge of Junior Boys light R&B pop-iness. The beats may not make you spaz out but they are contagiously catchy, making you move about and crave more.
