I dunno if we’re more excited to have a new Annie single or a Get Shakes remix. Probably the latter, but Annie is alright too I guess. Anyway, this was sent out to all the blogs today so it’s the must listen for May 7th:

hey, looking forward to ANNIE and not at all ashamed of it. SHAKES or GET SHAKES are pretty cool too. oen question.. did juan maclean ever do a track for her for this album?

Very excited for new Annie. I am embarrassed how often she repeats in my last.fm, but not too embarrassed. She’s in the pop-tart genre, but well crafted. Glad to see Get Shakes has something new to show. No reason to feel guilty about Annie. Her layer of cheese is more in the image than in the music.
