Dear Debbie Harry, What could I say on BIGSTEREO that would even being to measure up to the icon that you are… I’m just gonna end up sounding like a total fanboy and embarrass myself for like ever. Debbie Harry has been writing and recording some new tracks, and “Fit Right In” is from these sessions. Total straight up dance pop that should have Kylie and Madonna shaking in their boots:

I love electro-freestyle sound in “Fit Right In” and the chorus is excellent! Hope to see this available for purchase soon!

Awesome, Deb. You never cease to amaze me. Very catchy and melodic. The electronic mixing is wonderful it enhances your perfect voice adding new depth and dimensions instead of covering it up and making it bland like so many others out there are doing. Keep us posted on where and when the new album will be out. I’ll be there.

What I love about this track is Debbie does what she wants (love her attitude) so what if some people dont get it there’s no accounting for taste !!!! thats great and what I love about her …. personally I think it rocks !!!! LOVE IT …….. See you in Ireland guy’s !!!!

Horrible! I have been a Blondie/Debbie Harry fan for 30 years And this is her worst solo song ever! What is up with all the special effects vocals?….reminds me of that Cher song about 10 years ago now with the stupid fx on vox! It is a shame that you are trying to “fit right in”, Debbie.

I don’t like this song at all. It’s very repetitive and totally unoriginal to the point of being boring to listen to. I’m not a fan of dance music. I wish that Debbie could have recorded something more interesting as she’s capable of much better!

I have always been a fan of the “group” Blondie, you guys have always enjoyed your passion, music at it’s best, free to feel the love of making it! I have also been cursed by the your angelic voice, undeniable beauty and more importantly your honesty of being real. The guys are also awsome in similar respects. I unfortunately will not be able to attend any of your scheduled tour dates. I travel for a living and just my unfortunate luck, I’ll be out of town preventing me to catch the dates that I could afford to go to. Someday, with prayers answered, I will get to see all of you guys in person. Love the new stuff you’re doing, probably making me the oldest groupie living!!…lol

This is my favorite song from Debbie in YEARS. It sounds more modern than anything she’s put out in decades. For all of you complaining about whatever the vocal effect thing is that she has on her voice – you obviously havent been listening to the radio lately. Every rap song thats out right now has that thing on the vocals. Not to mention every dance song too. This song makes me SO HAPPY !!!!!!!

I love it. Its a cool, fun electro workout and I want it on my ipod now! There’s something quite left field about it even though its really commercial. Ive had NE on heavy rotation for months and Im really hoping for some more solo stuff on CD very soon. Go electro-dance and make a million people really happy…

Would prefer if you were doing something closer to punk, but since you’re not, I would love to hear your real voice without all those electronic texturizers hiding it. I also vote to nix the vocoder. There needs to be something organic to balance the sound out so it’s not so cold.

This has a great up to date sound and would do well in the charts. I heard an exclusive rockier version at Blondie’s live show in Glasgow with Paul Carbonara singing the fit right in parts and it sounded amazing.

I love this track and I think would be popular in clubs. Recently bought Necessary Evil and the album is awsom. Actually the best and very refreshing.

I am always amused and annoyed at these younger naive and stupid Morons who think Debbie Harry started her career last week and is trying so hard to keep up with Madnonna , Gwen, Kylie – my dear these are the clones who followed in Debbie’s wake – I agree – DH should write and sing the songs that she does well instead of catching up with the 16 year olds.
In my opion DH rules the waves and rocks forever.

just a foot note to DH perosnaly and all concerned – You are the greatest, oddliy for some strange reasons latter comes like Madonna and set out and conquered in in a complete different genre – however and whatever at the end of the day it shoudl not be a competition but it is and one last dig at my all time Favourite Godesss on looks,style and vocals – DH dont let your dear friend Miss Guy misguide you, I can see the influence he has on you – he has grown up in the last ten years and his little wolrd is only that . DH do your own style and be yourself again!
