Nik 7 of Shout Out Out Out Out has started a solo side project of original tracks and remix. In his words, he’s creating “electro house for people who love real synthesizers and are sick of hearing everything run through a bit crusher and a distortion box.” Shout Out Out Out Out is one of my favorite live bands so branching out is definitely a good thing — take over the world please.

I remember the first time I went to Shout Out Out Out, before it was hyped all to hell by the annoying hipsters around me, Nik Kozub(sp?) had long hair did a sweet can-can/party-hard kick the whole time and for visual effects they had a diver in a speedo hitting the water, my friend brought me, I had no idea what was going on, it was awwwwwwsome

i saw shout out out out out maybe 2 years ago now (jesus that feels like a long time), but they were fucking amazing…mabye one of my fav gigs of all time.
