I love Justice, however, I wonder what they use for their DJ set? I saw them "live" in SF back in October, and their mix was too perfect. Try mixing "Everybody Dance" by Chic with something around the same BPM. It's very very very difficult.

Alright everyone just calm down. Fabric rejected the mix because it wasn't long enough, and because it was, quoted from Fabric "not in tune with the sound that Fabric is known for", and that's about it. As far as Justice doing this to show off and plug their influences, why isn't Michael Jackson in their? They always cite him as an influence, D.A.N.C.E. was written for MJ. These are just songs that they like, plain and simple. If you watch any footage of Justice they always sprinkle in a few tracks like these with the rest of the bangers. There's nothing wrong with doing something different for a change, i'm sure they get board playing the same songs we've all heard a million times.

In addition, this mix is fuckin nasty. I love it more every time I hear it. Any comment otherwise has no grounds, full stop.

there are no 'trainwrecks' on this mix - every mix is in time and fits well. this was not rejected for want of dj ability. it is simply the case that these tracks aren't meant to be blended together like some sort of sasha ibiza house set. sorry if that's what your used to.

also, the whole idea of the fabric series is to show influences and diversity, so this was not rejected for want of a 60 minute version of Waters of Nazareth.

they trainwreck all over the place. their dj skills are juvenile to say the least. If this is, in fact, a rejected mix it could be because they, as djs, dont cut it. As far as their production skills they are top notch but between their newest leaked track, and this mix which is trying way to hard to show their influences, they are slipping into the void.

I love Justice. This is a great mix. It got 'rejected' by Fabric because there's no dance music on there. Simple as that.

so this has nothing to do with the actual justice mix per se....but try hilarious still nonetheless. try playing from about 5:00 - 14:05 on the justice mix over about 38:27 - 47:50 of daft punk's electroma. hey?

I heard it was rejected because it was too short - fabric mixes have to be 25 tracks, 70 minutes; this is only 45.

It will be a case of licensing, and perhaps not enough own productions thrown in for it to be as commercially viable as theyd like piggy backing off the success of recent

Saying that those that buy these CDs know what to expect..

But those that dont and want to but a Justice mix CD might be put off, unless theyre a real Justice fan that get this sorta tracklist..
