Rocca

Leave it to the Swedes… they must have pop music running through their veins because they can do no wrong in that arena. Rocca follow in the great Swedish tradition of creating synth heavy pop songs that will light up your nights and keep you warm throughout the winter. Not sure if they’re doing anything exactly new, but Rocca is creating songs that are just so damn easy to love. Maybe it’s the innocence and timelessness that makes Rocca so appealing — they could easily be filed next to early 80’s Madonna as well as their contemporaries and country-mates Lo-Fi-Fnk.
