I’m sure many of you have been anxiously awaiting Cut Copy’s sophmore album In Ghost Colours due out early 2008 on Modular. Lucky for us because the wait isn’t too much longer annnnnd they’re releasing “So Haunted” as an Austrlian single to hype up their upcoming tour there.
If this the vibe of In Ghost Colours then we’re in for a special treat. It sounds like it was taken to the next level — and of course it was. The record was overseen by Tim Goldworthy and recorded at DFA studios in NYC. You can hear the influence:

starts with these un-cut copy lyrics and i agree with the person who called the moby verses. but so worth it in the end! haven’t heard anything so lovely as the ending chorus in at least a few months. can’t wait for the album!!
