Tahiti Boy and the Palmtree Family feels a bit like France’s answer to the Animal Collective. The Palmtree Family is a collection of artists and musicians led by Tahiti Boy and shares members with Poney Poney and Syd Matters. They recently released a seven inch on Arcade Mode — you’ll find that “She Was Mine” sounds a bit out of place for this decade, but it is so easy to love that it doesn’t matter.
