Trash Yourself is a new project of Heidi Cannon and John Bourke. Bourke has been holding down Robotic Wednesdays with Dance Robots Dance in OKC for the past year and has done a few of his own tracks here and there.

Trash Yourself has been busy working with blog favorites Toxic Avenger and Treasure Fingers — and have put out an excellent, excellent cover of Blur’s “Song 2.”

We recently asked John Bourke about the Treasure Finders track, and he described, “Yeah the Treasure Fingers thing is about 50% done. It’s gonna be fun.. called “Down to the Disco”.. imagine part Gameboy/Gamegirl part Fox n Wolf part Treasure Fingers.” Well, if that doesn’t has our attention… needless to say we’re dying to hear the finished product…

In the meantime they sent over their dirty mp3 “Touch” which should hold us over until that Treasure Fingers business is finished.
