Chromeo + MSTRKRFT + Sinden

Chromeo!!! “Tenderoni” is getting it’s UK release next week on Back Yard records with remixes from MSTRKRFT and Sinden. I am sure you’re gonna hear both mixes played out like all the time.

The MSTRKRFT mix is pretty damn near perfect… in typical MSTRKRFT fashion. The track is already huge, but they make it… more funky, more dancey, more sweaty. Roll down the windows and play it loud. I’m pretty much convinced MSTRKRFT does no wrong (except touring with Digweed, whatever).

Sinden’s remix is signature Sinden… glitchy and slick, it’s pretty bangin and will sit comfortably in most sets. I have to say though, it’s not my favorite from Sinden, but I do totally love the vocals on this one…

3. Sinden’s remix is dope! Can’t say the same about MSTRKRFT. Kinda sounds like every other remix they do. Can’t say a new beat and distorted bass line is all that interesting once you have heard it 30 times from them.

7. Umm I dunno… .I think like the original better. MSTRKRFT is kinda boring at times, I was expecting it to be more dramatic – more changes. Seems kinda like a lazy mix to me.

11. i wasn’t really into MSTRKRFT until i saw them live. they’re seriously amazing in person, and listening to their remixes and songs now reminds me of how much i danced and sweat at southfest 2007 in buenos aires. seriously amaaaaaazing.

21. Chromeo are amazing, they fill the gap between Soul and Electronica Nicely! First place I heard them was being played by the reclusive British DJ’s, The Eye Candy Twins, and then through french Rockers Justice, Kavinsky and all the genius Ed Banger crew.
    Needy Girl is an instant classic!
    It’s an amazing song still!
