Crystal Castles and HEALTH have a new 7″ split coming out on Lovepump United.

Every Crystal Castles’ track I hear is like the best ever… and this is no exception. I love how Alice’s vox blend with the beeps, and it is almost impossible at times to tell which is which. So tense… it’s a battle.

HEALTH’s “Crimewave” is as tense if not in a different way… the drums sound like we’re being lead off to the sacrifice. Oh man, it makes me anxious. Crimewave, indeed.

And if that isn’t enough… Crystal Castles is releasing their own “Crimewave” on a separate 7″ release. I have to say I like Crystal Castles’ take on “Crimewave” a bit better but then I will always have a soft spot for the blips and the beeps.

weird…i have a diff version of mother knows best in which alice’s voice hasn’t been corrected at all…she’s just yelling. i’m not sure which i like better…they’re fantastic no matter what…
