I have a new monthly column on the Anthem Magazine Blog… “First Friday Forgottens.”

Alright, so it’s actually the second Friday of the month, but we were a little late introducing a new, monthly post (every first Friday!) written by Travis Bigstereo, the man behind the fantastic music blog which all of us at Anthem could hardly live without … Bigstereo!
Every month, Travis will be laying down the knowledge about pop “gems” of the past several years that have been tossed away and forgotten, perhaps too hastily. Tracks that were being hailed just six months ago stink like rotten eggs in this music world, supersaturated with hype.

It’s a bit of a departure from BIGSTEREO since I’ll be focusing on a variety of songs — not just BIGSTEREO type songs. Im excited to have an outlet to write about all those songs we’re too embarassed to admit to liking.
