There’s been some whispers that the Bumblebeez were finally releasing a new album. And a week or so ago I heard that they were putting the finishing touches on their new video. BUT I didn’t expect any of this so soon. AND I’m totally psyched.
Here’s the first look at their new video for the lead single “Dr Love” filmed recently in LA with Tom Kuntz — this thing is barely in the wild yet. So get excited. I don’t even have to tell you how excellent the song and video are because you already know. Holy shit, but yeah — this is one hot video for one hot song.

P.S. This video and song is everything Beck has been trying to achieve his entire career but has never quite reached. So hot. The roof top dance scene is just too fun.

i really dont get this band (and surrounding hype) at alll, its kinda fun for a second but ultimately very little substance. am i missing somthing

Yes you are missing something.The Bumblebeez to me are true artists not just some hype shit.They are pushing boundaries and going on there own trip,while still trying to make songs that the world can relate to.I have watched them grow and will continue to and have no doubt as time grows they will be a very influential band,bedroom recordings,diy and the merging of sounds and art.

Beck is a great musician as well. After Sea Change his albums have been top notch. I don’t know why the you had to bash Beck if he has nothing to do with the Bumblebeez
