Larry Tee + Princess Superstar + Herve

There’s little doubt that Larry Tee could school the Nu Rave kids on a few things — one of them being on how to remain relevant once your faux genre implodes. Love him or hate him, Larry Tee has got his groove back with a track remixed by Herve that could spin off a few genres of its own. While most producers concentrate on taking a retro sound and making it relevant to today’s listeners, Herve of Speaker Junk has done something a bit more ambitious… he’s worked “Licky” into a new track that seems to draw on a few different eras of dance music. There’s a little electro, a little 90’s house and a little rave. The end result is a track that could easily be three — “Work It Out.”

Shout out to Shot Callin’ who posted the track a few days before it landed in our inbox.
