I guess what I should have said re: LCD Soundsystem is that in a cultural period where LCD are the huge forerunners of this style of music, it's easiest for me to identify Khan with them. It's easily one of the worst albums I've heard all year. Maybe you have to be a fan of his previous work to enjoy this; but in my opinion he can barely sing, all of the arrangements ape Beck and LCD Soundsystem and barely any of it warrants a second listen.
