All Teeth and Knuckles

Personally, I’m a sucker for grimy-sounding synths in music these days. I’m also a sucker for tall, skinny guys in skinny jeans. So how do you think I felt when I stumbled across San Francisco’s own dirty little secret, All Teeth and Knuckles? My heart skipped a beat and I haven’t been able to stop dancing. Part of the allure for me was the difficulty I had trying to describe this band to other people. The synth bass beats are hard and contorted, the snares crack all over the place and the vocals are ground through a processor into a musically delicious pulp. Patric Fallon, the mastermind behind ATAK, perhaps put it best saying, “It’s called CLUB Hits. Not HIP HOP Hits. Not ELECTRO Hits. Not DRUM AND BASS Hits. The music as a whole fits no one genre other than music made to move you. Music for a club. Fucking CLUB HITS! CLUB HITS TO HIT THE CLUBS WITH!!!!”. Works for me.
(p.s. these tracks are still unmastered so you’ll get the polished version when they release their album in August!)

That song title is freakin ingenoius. It’s a song with A sexy reference to a band making a sexy reference to another band! It’s doing my head in!

whoa, i think you guys are giving a little too much credit here. this is gonna sound harsh but it sounds like a dork singing about meeting his youtube idol, speaking to her for 3 mins and blowing it out starstruck proportions. tiga’s name belongs no where near this.
an i’ll be on my way now.

This stuff is weak. referencing good bands doesn’t make music catchy. People keep comparing this to LCD. What a joke. Not even close. Sounds like a micro korg and two annoying dudes that can’t sing or rap or rap sing or talk sing rap… some of the beats are alright.
