I’m gonna assume you don’t read Fluokids and/or that you somehow missed this track in your post-Valentines Day love haze. “Something Good” is further proof that VanShe Tech is the just about the best remixer on the planet… eh, this mix has the potential to seriously wound people on the dance floor. Utah Saints have gone from guilty pleasure to totally relevant once again. Out soonish on our biggest crush: Bang Gang 12″.

Lol to the max! Every blog/forum I go to has something about Van She Tech - and the debate immediately centers on whether they’re guys or girls, or how they’re related to Van She/Nicky Van She. But yes, I have no idea either.
I had to delete this song from iTunes, seriously, that’s when you know it’s more guilty than pleasure.
But I can do a bit of I Am Finn - I Love You (Van She Tech Remix) anyday.

the picture is a scam to get blogboys excited about the concept of two girls looking hot and making good music at the same time. and you were fooled. for all those boys who fantasied about making out with the vanshe tech “girls”..you should now feel weird..

I really love the i am finn track , unfortuneatly for me theres this commercial in texas (maybe whole usa) that uses the exact same synth sound (come to think of it i think its “we like to party” by the venga boys) and its got this person in a ridiculously bad old man costume just dancing his heart out and its funny cause its an old man dancing, get it?!?!
now if i play that track around any of my friends, i feel really embarased. bummer.
lucky for jimmy who lives in the UK they dont have that commercial so that track is actually his ringtone and he suffers none of the non approving stares i get.

All the confusion sends me back to when Simian Mobile Disco were first doing their thing and a rather large group of us were too cool to suggest that they might be linked to Simian for fear of being wrong and out musical stature taking a blow.
Either way I’m still enjoying it!

i once thought van she tech were two guys from the band, but at a night at bandits, where van she tech were listed to be DJing, i was expecting to see them on the decks, instead seeing two girls… the girls in the above photo. i was very confused at the time, but it’s now clear to me. it’s those two girls that DJ and do the production, but i would assume the fellas from van she would be in very close association with them and what they do. yeah!
