Woah. Rizzo and Pizzo are fucking nuts. Like, before today I was a firm believer that the world did not need any covers of Stacey Q’s “Two Of Hearts.” Don’t fuck with perfection. A few people have touched it, and they’ve just screwed it up. But, but, but. Rizzo and Pizzo’s “Two Of Hearts” is better than perfection. So many covers are superfluous. This isn’t. Even though they don’t add much to the original, Rizzo and Pizzo pull it off.

And vocal sampling! We need more of that.

I don’t know. Peaches has finally found her match. Rizzo and Pizzo seem like your typical retro-electroclash throwbacks. But they’re a total reminder of why it was so much fun the first time around. It’s relevant… um, or irreverant. Plus they’re hip-hop influences are what is missing in too many contemporary electro artists.

I want to see Rizzo & Pizzo on Video Hits. Stacy Q was really good ar crimping her hair. R&P's cover of 'Two of Hearts' is near perfection. It just needs a looped sample of lacquered hair frying in a Sunbeam c1988 hair crimper.

Two of Hearts is actually originaly done by Sue Gaitlin but since her version didnt do anything John St. John ( or is it St. James) had Stacey redo it and well you know the rest. The original has more of a Lisa Lisa, Shannon feel to it.

I like Dizzee's original better, they even imitating his voice in the beginning. Dizzee's voice and beats are way better than this.
