Thanks to James for turning me onto this band.
It’s no surprise that a frontperson can make or break a band. Mama Shamone’s music isn’t amazing — not yet. But Mama’s bigger-than-your-computer-screen personality catapults the band to that above par status. Mama Shamone’s biggest problem? Mama perhaps overshadowing her bandmates. But then…
Keep these guys bookmarked. With only a 12″ under their belts, they look very promising.
