Duh, we all knew M.I.A. would do something shitty at some point. This remix is actually not that bad, but to be honest it just doesn’t hit me too hard. I want to expect more but I just can’t.
We all love her though. I am crossing my fingers her next album isn’t too over produced, as we’ve seen with other underground acts in the past.

Yeah, I definitely heard this and was not impressed…I’m not necessarily convinced that this is a sign of things to come though. Most of the songs that she’s been featured on have been disappointing compared to her own material. Even the one with Missy! You’d think a Missy/M.I.A. collabo would be the most amazing thing to ever meet your ears, but it doesn’t quite hit the right spot.

this is just a teaser…she spits for a lil’ over a minute…i like this song…i listened to it for a while when it came out, but i don’t feel the need to listen to it anymore…lol…i don’t believe it’s reflective of what her new album will be like…but what i do know is that once she drops her sophomore album all you haters will be silenced…pray for it :)

I think this song is really good…
The beat is slick with nice bass, sounds like a beat she’d use anyways…The rappers in song suck though but the beat is still sick…
She should work with DJ Shadow.
Or at least with Diplo her boyfriend(?)
