Test Icicles + Spank Rock
26 June 2006 :: posted by TravisLove or hate, Test Icicles short career has been material for some stellar remixes. You could say Test Icicles is living an afterlife in remix. Spank Rock brings the latest — a Baltimore-electro infused mix of Test Icicles most solid track, “Circle Square Triangle.” XXXchange turned the angular rock jam into some heavy synth action that ends up sounding like a drunk dance floor anthem.
Although obviously a different approach than Braxe and Falke’s remix of “What’s Your Damage,” Spank Rock dropped Test Icicles’ signature vocals on top of a electro dance backdrop… creating a similar conceptual juxtaposition. This is a track that should keep people hooked no matter how many times repeated.

Thanks for posting this remix. It’s been pumping through my headphones all morning.
I’ve been hooked on YoYoYoYoYo ever since it came out. So mad that I didn’t score tickets to the Baltimore show.
It’s bad that the vocals kind of remind me of Eiffel 65 at times?
