Uffie + Curtis Vodka x2

Curtis Vodka has a new remix out for Uffie’s “Pop The Glock” up on his Myspace. This track basically rips apart his original mix… kinda like those crazy pop edits that Dsico used to do. It should probably catch your interest because not only does this remix totally destroy the original, but it totally fucks with Uffie’s vocals (in a good way). Not for the faint of heart, it strips away any pop appeal of the original. Overall, as we have come to expect from Mr. Vodka, a great effort. Only complaint? I’m not too crazy about the parts where the sound totally drops out…

    I don't know how I feel about this vodka guy…sounds like he just picked up a copy of abelton live, applied as many filters as possible, raped the beat repeater function and called it a night…

    I'm not sure about this mix. I don't like it as much as the original but it's ok. I think that the bass is just way too powerfull because when it kicks in you cna't really hear anything else.

    Maybe another shot at it would be well advised because this is a killer original to work with. Uffie is genius.!

    Love the remix by curtis. The second half gets a little boring though. Uffie is OK, her songs are kickin but FEADZ is the genius here. He basically made Uffie.
