The Fever is back! They are coming back stronger than ever. Their last album was a great pick me up, and this one has a little darker edgier side to it, but still puts a smile on your face. The album has that garage, echoey sound to it and it just gets better everytime you take a listen. This album will really be hit with the kids that listen to Three Mile Pilot, Jonathan Fire Eater, Pink Grease, and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. The organ sounds on the album are reminiscent of a sick and twisted carnival ride. Geremy Jasper’s screams and whails remind you of Iggy Pop at times, and have you dancing from side to side as if you were Axl Rose.
I couldn’t have received a better album at a better time. The following track I am providing isn’t a great representation of the entire album, but it has such punch that I couldn’t resist. In the City of Sleep album drops in April 25th and I am telling you go get it. Go see this band live to they put on a hell of a show.

  1. This is an awesome track, but you say that the rest of the cd has a different sound? What kind of sound would that be? Cause this has a really cool Pulp Fiction feel.
