Lady Sovereign bounces back and forth between being a joke and a savior. Remember way back to like a year ago when everybody was just latching onto grime and acting all like it was going to be the next big thing? And all the attention was on Lady Sovereign who was going to usher East London into suburban kid’s bedrooms all across America. It didn’t matter if you loved her or hated her or loved to hate her or hated to love her or whatever. You were listening.

I can’t really say anything about Sov that hasn’t already been said. Most of you have already made up your minds. This remix of her now classic “Ch Ching” is kinda hot though… bouncing from a definite rock to dirty dj to video game feel. XXXchange being part of Spank Rock… it’s got that feel all the way through.
