The Vibration is the soul clash that my heart was needing on this snowy, cold winter night. Their press release compares them to Sleater-Kinney, The Gossip and Siouxsie & the Banshees, but you know press releases — full of grandiose statements that rarely hold. Well, this time the comparisons are dead on. This post-punk, post-riot-grrl quartet is one to watch in ‘06. Plus, they each have their own umbrella.
