Sure it took me a while to fall in love with the Go! Team, but that doesn’t mean I cannot be a zealot now. Not so long ago the Nerd-o-sphere was all wet over the Kevin Shields’ Go! Team mash-up-mega-mix. And for obvious reasons there is a lot of reasons to be excited about that. It’s good stuff - how can anyone deny Kevin Shields?
But you know what really has me all excited? The Simian Mobile Disco Mix of “Ladyflash.” It’s totally what you can expect from Simian Mobile Disco and is the “hidden” special treat of the Ladyflash single. Lots of beeps and a clean crisp sound that will keep you all over the dance floor. Good stuff.

You can find both the Kevin Shields mega-mix and Simian Mobile Disco mix, plus an unreleased b-side called “The Wrath Of Mickey.” Four tracks that are definitely worth import prices. I’ve learned about bands like The Tough Alliance and Infadels from bigstereo. Also, and this is what endeared the site to my heart, it posted the Simian Mobile Disco remix of The Go! Team’s “Ladyflash.” Though it didn’t give us the Kevin Shields remix (I’ll buy the single just for that), it’s cool to get an interesting sneak peak. [...]
