Zinner

I have officially made the liner notes of rock and roll history. Or close enough to it.

I got an email the other day from bigstereo’s Rchrd Oh?!: “Dude yr in Nick Zinner’s book.” Now, I’ve flipped through Zinner’s I Hope Your All Happy Now before, but I have never picked myself out of the crowd. So I went back to the bookstore and studied every page and sure enough that’s me on page 56!

I’ve been to enough Yeah Yeah Yeahs shows… no surprise that I made at least one photo.

YYYs fan or not – this book is worth checking out. It captures the imagination of any music fan giving you a behind the scenes look that you’d never see unless you were actually on the road.

There is a lot of beauty in this book. Nick Zinner has the ability to peice together the random and chaotic and make it seem ordered and poetic.
