There is always just way too much going on in their songs though. Anyway. To the point. “I Gotta Thang (Uh Huh)” makes me think that if Basement Jaxx were to take their ADD medication then they would sound something like this. “I Gotta Thang (Uh Huh)” is off of Cass & Mangan’s “Shoes” ep and proves how versatile of a team they are.

I really think that Basement Jaxx are so great because they have so much stuff going on. It keeps their music exciting. Music isn’t about focusing. It’s about making your own sound.

Anyway, Cass & Mangan are pretty good, but, quite frankly, I’d rather that they had more stuff going on.
