The number of genres within electronic music is only limited by one’s vocabulary. Everyday there seems to be a new genre.. often the result of mashing up previous genres. Genres are limitless. Even the most casual electronic music listener can tell you that. It goes without saying.

Then GusGus enter the room and you realize genres are totally useless. Genres just muddle everything up, and if you try to start classify Iceland’s Gus Gus then you’re going to only end in trouble.
